HR manager function is the cornerstone of our human organization:
-in charge of environment management animations
-in charge of animation of the CHSCT
-in charge of installing union.
-in charge of safety management and animation
-in charge of supporting strongly deployment of the integrity and ethics trainings and qualifications
HR manager reports to plant manager, and is member of the direction committee
SCOPE OF THE JOB/. PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC
• Ensures definition of safety policy and actions in the plant, animation of safety actions as defined in the safering audit format of audit as well as in the group procedure, HR manager strongly support deployment of the safety culture and procedure on the behalf of the plant manager. CHSCT is animated and an action plan is edited monthly
• Ensures deployment, training and respect of the integrity, ethics policy and procedures according to TOTAL and Company&039;s rules and manuals
• Ensure compliance to VTN rules and regulations, including setting up of union.
• Ensures definition, of internal needs in term of number of people and skills to aquire.
• Ensures control of presenteeism, salary calculations, workers insurance, workers registration to social and work insurance in VTN
• Ensure the organisation and implementation of
the recruitment and training of appropriate resources in Quality Costs Timing
proper organisation of HR and safety, environment documentation, including a numbering, archivisation and controlled procedure documentation system
Collection of needs to edit and manage a training plan to be set for year to come in October
compliance to Company's internal manual

Ensures safety of operations for people and goods by regular animation, indicator monitoring...
• Ensures good cooperation with local team and Korean team
• Provides and reports accurate, relevant, and useful data and information to hierarchy and his team
• Ensures preservation of environment and avoid/reduce environmental Impact
• Ensure the deployment and implementation of IATF 16949 in scope of job, in charge of corrective and preventive action, be the pilot of process card of own area in IATF system
• Prepares and Passes audits and visits
• Collects formal and informal information in the plant and reports relevant ones to Plant Manager
SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT/ AN TOÀN VÀ MÔI TRƯỜNG
• Prevent any environmental incident to happen, reduce environmental impact of our activities
• Ensures people understand and implement obligation to STOP working if facing dangerous situation for themselves or other that is immediately a cause of accident
• Ensures people, understand, and respect the 12 golden rules
• Leads safety audits in case of external or internal HIPO activities, reports
• Ensures weekly audit of safety on the potentially HIPO equipment
• Prevents any environmental incident to happen, reduce environmental impact of our activities
• Ensures people are respecting PPE and safety cards on all machines or situation to avoid accident and dangerous situation
• All meetings are starting with safety point and presentation in your department by any level of management

MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION/ QUẢN LÝ VÀ GIAO TIẾP
• Animates and report on safety audits, environement management, CHSCT, training, inidcators related to HR
• Sends indicators expected monthly.
• Edits and send the Personal On Board to TOTAL VIETNAM Monthly
• Organise communication on safety, organisation of work, internal rules and regulation
• Ensure all direct and indirect staff has receive target and had a yearly interview using the proper TOTAL format
INDICATORS TO UPDATE/ CÁC CHỈ SỐ CẦN CẬP NHẬT
• Edits Monthly HR dashboard
• Edit on gemba board all indicators related to absenteeism, hiring and dismisal .
• Ensure the precision of data

Yêu cầu
- University graduation in major of Economic, management, foreign language
- Fluent in English,
- Familiar with Office software
- 5 years at least in the senior position of Human resource and administration management
- Good communication skill
