Mô tả công việc
This position is involved in a range of services from recruiting to appointing, transferring, promoting, terminating staff, updating and maintaining personnel files; providing and updating a vareity of data relating to education, contract status, salary; implementing contract administration and preparing paper works relating to staff employment.
Recruitment
- Update candidate's information in data base after 2 weeks or when having new candidates.
- Ensure the quality of candidates being recruited to meet company's standards.
- Collect and screen applications;
- Update Recruitment report daily;
- Inform to relevant departments before new employees start working in FV as soon as the Probationary contract is signed by the employees
- Build up and maintain relationship with recruitment partners and universities
- Prepare and send (by post office or email) thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates within 2 weeks from the date of interview results;
- Obtain and detail of requests for employment references
- Conduct preliminary interviews before recommending for departments;
- Timely complete recruitment schedule and plan;
- Check credentials according to FVH policy
- Ensure that all successful candidates sign Probationary Contract.
- Arrange recruitment adverts on website, newspaper or other media means: draw up job profile, preparing job adverts, liaise with agencies and follow up.
- Negotiate salary range with successful candidates;
- Make payment to recruitment service or internal employee according to Candidate recommendation policy
- Prepare and participate in job exhibitions
- Organize tests and interview for short-listed candidates;
- Inform applicants of job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits, and promotional opportunities;
- Arrange last-round interviews schedule for department managers or director;
- Contact candidates to sign Probationary Contract.
- Obtain and check new staff's documents submission according to FVH policy
Preparation of contract and employment papers
- Prepare annexes to contract when there is an extension of contract term or modifications on the contract content.
- Prepare all labor contracts, contracts for service when there is new staff, changes of significant content of the contract or when being required
- Prepare other employment decisions and certificates
- Prepare Probationary Contract for new staff
Contract Administration
- Conduct formalities with line managers to obtain probationary/ contract-end evaluation upon the end of the contract according to FVH policies.
- Follow up the expiry date of probationary, labour or services contract. Send notice to line manager upon the expiry date according to FVH policy
Conduct formalities upon appointing, transferring, promoting and terminating staff according to FVH policies.
Prepare reports
Be responsible for updating information on education and experience background into HR software
- Prepare reports of new staff, staff in probation, terminating staff or other HR-related report when being requested
- Update recruitment status report weekly
- Prepare monthly salary report to C&B including all additions, changes of salary or withdrawal of allowances.
- Update recruitment request report weekly
Manage personnel files
- Maintain records in personnel file according to FVH policy
- Open personnel file for new staff
Yêu cầu
- Self-confident and be able to work independently
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or English.
- Be able to convince and negotiate with others
- At least five years in HR field with three years or more in recruitment
- Attention to details
- Time management skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Interviewing skill
- Computer: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
Knowledge
- Good communication and writing English
- Labour law and regulations on labour hygienne and safety
- HR background
- Regulations concerning to healthcare service
