Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for talent to join the Human Resources team. Eligible candidates will take charge of Training and Recruitment activities as below:
Training
Delivery and administration of internal training programs:
• Support to implement annual training programs: facilitate layout, follow up trainers and trainees.
• Arrange Orientation Training for newcomers: monthly / period.
Implement an internal E-learning platform:
• Generate and suggest ideas to build training content.
• Research and define creative graphic designing criteria.
• Assist in transforming traditional training into digital training.
• Work closely with HR manager & stakeholders to build & develop an internal E-learning system.
Recruitment
• Perform recruitment operation: post job advertisement, screen CV, interview, and offer successful candidates, ensure all vacancies are filled with
best-fit candidates within the target time.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze the reasons for resignation.
• In charge of on-boarding procedures for newcomers.
Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
• University graduated.
• Be able to work at both 2 factories (Hanoi and Hung Yen) following the task&039;s schedule.
• Having good understanding and experience with graphic design and design review is a plus
• Can work independently and in a team.
• At least 2 years of experience in Training (foreign company) and 1-2 years in Recruitment. Fresh in Recruitment is acceptable if potential.
• Good command of English (4 skills).
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
