The Role
We&039;re looking for a short-term candidate (9 months) and the contract will be managed by our 3rd party.
Design and develop basic HRBP communications for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings
This role will provide quality admin, coordination and
project support to the HRBP team in VN
Report and analytics on all HR metrics, produce reports from Work Day (HR Platform) performance plans review, goal setting, improvement plans, leave balances, ad hoc HR metrics, ticketing system metrics.
HR
administration support - following up on contract renewals, end of contract (EOC), obtaining documents from business, dissemination and coordination of HR
communications
Process mapping - flow charts and diagrams
Key Accountabilities
Manage ticketing HR system for HRBP team
Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to set priorities.
Understanding of Vietnam Labour Code desirable although not essential.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (or related discipline; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus)
Key Selection Criteria
Experience in using Work Day or other related HR platforms is desirable
Demonstrated experience in providing high level coordination and administration support for an international organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Superior knowledge and experience in using IT software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
High sense of confidentiality and ability to work with confidential information.
Forward-thinking attitude to determine the areas in office administration that could be improved.
