Mô tả công việc
• Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decors.
• Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
• Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
• Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
• Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
• Analyze movement and use patterns of the space.
• Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
Yêu cầu
• Over 5 years experiences as an interior designer (Design by himself)
• Communicate in English
• Design interior by himself (Office, Commercial, Hospitality design)
• Have basic knowledge of interior construction and interior M&E
• Make interior design drawings by himself (concept/basic/construction drawing)
• Great skills to make 3D CG with high quality in time
• Have skills to use Auto-cad and any 3DCG software (3Dsmax, or any other)
• Have knowledge of interior design, materials well
• Great skills to make presentation with high quality in time
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related field required; coursework in computer-aided design (CAD) highly preferred.
• Over 5 years experiences as an interior designer (Design by himself)
• Interior design certification highly preferred.
