Mô tả công việc
People is the heart of the organization, so playing the role as an HR Executive at Blue Otter Viet Nam, you will be the key person to connect the suitable talents to the company, build up the company reputation and improve the employee engagement through a lot of meaningful activities.
Talent Acquisition (50%):
Propose, build and implement long-term innovative recruitment programs that can effectively attract talents in the IT industry.
Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and selection proces: ranging from candidate searching, screening, interviewing, collecting all assessment, doing reference-check, preparing offer proposal, contacting offer with candidate and on-boarding process.
Employer Branding (20%):
Responsible for managing and developing the official social channels of the company for employer branding promotion purpose.
Coordinate with HRBP leader to plan and implement events/ activities to enhance the company reputation and recruitment brand.
Employee Engagement (20%):
Create a direct and close communication with all employees to promptly address the issues and coordinate with HRBP Leader and other stakeholders to figure out the suitable solutions.
Co-lead to organize the internal events/activities to enhance the employee experience and engagement.
Other HR tasks (10%):
Execute other assigned tasks by HRBP Leader.
Assist in implementing HR functions such as: C&B, Performance Management, Off-boarding, timesheet & document monitoring.
Assist HRBP Leader in monitoring labour contracts and building up policies.
Yêu cầu
Foundation:
Bachelor Degree in related majors such as: Human Resources Management, Business Administration,...
From 1 year hands-on experience in HR role (in IT industry is preferrable).
Hard skills:
Familiar in using online recruitment tools.
Proficiency skills of using Microsoft Office and other Internet applicants.
Soft skills and others:
Passion for communication and connecting people.
Phenomenal communicator who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter, self-motivate, proactive, ownership and accountable who can work well both independently & in team.
Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
Ability to inspire and engage people.
Skilled problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
Good command of communication in both Vietnamese and English.
