Mô tả công việc
Accounting and Accounting supervision:
• To monitor and handle matters related to changes in financial investment (stocks), equity and investment in subsidiaries.
• To support and back-up for
Chief Accountant in his/her absence.
• To make journal vouchers for transactions related to changes in financial investment (stocks), investment in subsidiaries/associations and equity.
• To make revaluation for related accounting functions.
• To provide guidance and supervise
General Accountants in accounting tasks.
Reporting :
• To make monthly taxable Profit and Loss.
• To make certain management reports including presentation
• To review financial reports prepared by General Accountant to submit Chief Accountant.
Tax :
• To be in charge of CIT: making tax report/formalities, preparation of tax payment, organization of tax finalization.
• To verify monthly/year-end VAT report.
• Updating legal regulations of VAT, CIT and proposing application manner of updated regulations to Chief
Accountant.
• To be the coordinated person in contact/
communication with tax authority on normal tax-related matters.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• University degree or over in Finance or Accounting.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in this position, preferably in the real estate industry.
Knowledge:
• Good at Vietnamese Accounting Standards
• Good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures of finance, accounting and tax
• International Accounting Standards.
Skills:
• Good at planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating work.
• Good at Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• To be good at analyzing, connecting, synthesizing and forecasting economic & financial information/situations.

• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to team effectiveness
