YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare accurate documents and submit documents to relevant departments on the client&039;s behalf 100% on time.
Follow up closely and update relevant parties and clients about the progress step by step and the result.
Stay communicative, responsive, and supportive to clients&039; inquiries, questions, and concerns, and proactively involve relevant parties to solve clients&039; requests.
Ensure the 100% accuracy and comprehensiveness of the research result addressing each concern of the client.
Reporting direct supervisor about all stages of the project on regular basis.
Handling complaints from clients about projects under self-charge and amending the mistakes or damages caused which make clients unhappy.
Provide professional research and support to Salesperson for closing the deal with prospective clients; Conduct a minimum of 10 research topics and 01 training session per month; Ensure high responsiveness throughout the working process which will not keep relevant parties waiting for more than 08 hours to give feedback or answer.
Full-fill tasks to implement internal services for the company whenever being required.
Collaborate with other departments for sales and delivery activities.
Report and update accurately to supervisors whenever required.
Build up a good relationship with clients through the delivery process.
Present and demonstrate the company&039;s services to prospective clients.
Fully update the company&039;s project database as required.
