Job Summary:
Responsible for logistic organization and distribution. Logistic managers must possess excellent operation and multitasking abilities related WH management and delivery of products to customers. Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Safety in operational process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring all operations adhere to compliance to regulations, SOP guidelines, and ISO & QHSE requirements.
Responsible to build up strategical plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries to customer matching requirements and close tracking update
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures SOP and operations.
Update and evaluate metrics to monitor and assess performance and implement enhancements.
Complete tasks and projects assigned as well as business requirements on time with qualitative results.
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments properly to meet requirements on time in full OTIF
Achieve cost control effectively, contribute to productivity, ensure accuracy report and timeliness targets
Keep track and improve quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency in operation
In charge of selecting service provider and negotiating contracts and rates. Evaluate service performance and improve service

Job Requirement/Specification:
• Education: Relevant Bachelors&039;s or Masters&039;s Degree
• Experience: 5+ years of working experience within WH & Logistic operation
3 years in management level
Working experience in the chemicals industry/ distribution and logistics is an advantage
• Age: 35 years up
• Others: Understanding of strategy, management, finance, and QSHE
• Sex: Male/ Female
