Mô tả công việc
• Estimate / make rough quotation from layout drawing, design drawing
• Dissemination of technical requirements and installation details for construction personnel to known.
• Deploy, monitor M&E system according to design and construction standard approved by The Owner/Main Contractor.
• Make design drawing of Electrical and Mechanical. (HV, LV, Lighting, Outlet, Tel, Lan, CCTV, Lightning protects, ACVE, Plumbing, Gas, Boiler).
• Construction planning: time, manpower.
• Checking construction quality and do handover work.
• Control working progress, calculation put on the systems and bill of quantity at site.
• Prepare construction drawings (Shop drawings), as-built drawings.
• Follow instruction of the Manager to do other tasks.
Yêu cầu
• Knowledge of laws relating to Investment in Construction (Law on Fire Protection, Law on Environmental Protection, Power connection Standard)
• Computer literate in MS Office/Auto-cad.
• Be responsible and can travel for business trip
• Required language(s): Fluent in both oral & written English, Japanese is an advantage (N3)
• Minimum 02 years related experience.
• Having good communication and motivation in work.
• Strong at Tender and Site experience
• University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting engineer)

• Office: 115 Pham Viet Chanh, Ward 19, Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC.
• Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
• Saturday: 8:00AM - 12:00AM.
