JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support ITBP Specialist to fulfill daily system requirements in your Division&039;s business processes
· Consulting and supporting the operation of systems under the assigned business division.
· Tasks related to the system:
- Implement the solution (configure) or coordinate with partners to implement
- Organize workshops to analyze requirements
- Build a solution or evaluate a partner&039;s solution
- System testing
- Write related documents: Blueprint, Functional Specification, Configuration, User Guide
- Presenting the solution
- Training and supporting users to test and use the system
· Other jobs as assigned by the Manager.
· General support for the operations-related work of the Functional IT team.
