Responsible for planning the recruitment, training and development of team in the Marketing Division;
Market research, product development.
Develop and implement a market access strategy (GTM) for new projects/products to find and expand the set of potential customers, ensure sales targets, and develop the company&039;s market share in the global market.
Planning short-term, medium-term and long-term marketing strategies, brand positioning strategies, communication messages for MindX products.
Developing and directing the implementation of programs of research & development, coaching - training of personnel and application of new marketing methods in business activities;
Developing and implementing the company&039;s overall marketing strategy
Building and planning marketing expenses, including personnel structure, costs for campaigns. Responsible for the assigned budget.
Market research, prospecting and developing potential products, segmenting potential customers/markets, taking care of customer experience, developing human resources,...
Control, measure, report and improve the metrics and effectiveness of Marketing campaigns
Coordinate and work with related departments to build, unify and deploy Marketing strategies suitable to business activities in general and Marketing in particular.
Develop marketing and communication strategies as well as measure the application of those strategies in line with the Company&039;s overall development strategy and goals.
Update, apply new and different marketing trends, methods and strategies to promote the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns.

Consistent with the company&039;s Marketing motto
University/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or at least 2-3 years working experience in CMO position
