Mô tả công việc
• Print monthly shop packet for Production from SAP system
• Closely follow up outstanding orders
• production flow and uninterrupted production schedule.
• Maintain master data in SAP in-time and correct
• Processing the purchase orders to the suppliers as per calculated
• Make the monthly production scheduling in weekly/monthly based.
• To coordinate with logistic for related issues to be resulted in good production planning.
• Receive the customer order, check capacity accordingly. To perform materials requirement planning based on the demand budget as well monthly MPS from SCM.
• To control the material in Medical production and maintain inventory level stipulated.
• To take any related activities assigned by the Superior.
• To liaise with inter companies (BMI/BBM/BBF...) as well other vendors to ensure sufficient raw materials, smooth
• Daily monitor output from production, to have immediate action in case of any changes in production schedule, raw materials delivery time, etc. which may affect to customers delivery time as well interrupt production
Yêu cầu
• Good command in English
• Experience with SAP system is advantage
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Graduated from Universities. Majored in Logistics or technical is prefer
• Good knowledge in calculation field/ logical thought
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate prioritize and anticipate work activities and tasks
• Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Excel
