Mô tả công việc
Facilitate day-to-day communications with existing suppliers and manufacturers focusing on in building strong and trusted relationships with overseas partners.
Work with design to bring their vision to life, balancing cost and commercial requirements.
Partner with production on style handover ensuring specs and detailed product details are correct, problem solving any pre-production issues.
Maintain various Product Development tools including accurate records of styles and costing.
Check Tech pack/sample and make plan for pattern maker and sewer to complete sample, Manage end-to-end product development,
Work hand in hand with QA, Production, Sourcing, Packaging and other necessary teams ensuring product cycle deadlines are met and product standards are upheld.
Cooperate with Costing/ Product/QA team
Be the voice of Product Development cross functionally communicating product status, costing and suggesting process improvement where possible.
Make Daily/Weekly/monthly report and submit to manager.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
Excellent technical knowledge of fabric sewing
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to regularly interface with and influence senior management
Deep understanding of raw material development and cost engineering.
Proactive problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with strong follow through
Vietnamese (Native) and speak Korean or English well

Working days: 5 days / week, from Monday to Friday
Working time: 8:30 - 17:30

Allowance: VND 80,000/day for daily meal on working days.
