OUT-2 Design is looking for a motivated & skilled Office Manager to join our award winning team of Architects and Interior Designers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We are looking for a Vietnamese national with 10+ years experience preferable in an international environment. Someone who is client focused, detail oriented and able to manage all our office admin and HR needs. This includes the supervision of 3-4 Admin/finance staff, as well as ensuring the whole team is supported.

This position will report to Directors/Owners of the company and will be responsible for the managing all of the day-to-day operational aspects of the business.
To join OUT-2 Design you will need to have
• Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
• Good management and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to work independently and efficiently and be proactive in solving problems.
• Good working knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and its regulations
• Excellent Office Administration skills to ensure the team is well managed to support all staff and business activities.
