Mô tả công việc

Organize and save department files, contracts, dispatches, etc.
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Other admin tasks
Collaborate with the other departments for internal/ external events/ support
Execute payment schedule, payment process of all office supplies
In charge of routine admin tasks, ensure all tasks are done properly and meet the deadline
Making company notice, announcement order by Company
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
In charge of company events such as company trip, yearly health check and order office stationery;
Work with government authorities, building management for all company administration issues
Sourcing, evaluating suppliers effectively to purchase products and services for the office operations
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained

Yêu cầu

Good communication skills
Work well in a team or independently
Highly responsible, trustworthy, proactive, multi-tasking
Good drafting, review and revise skills of all Admin related regulations/policies/contracts/other documents for all office operations activities
Good organization, planning and time management skills
Proven record of management experience of HR & Admin team
Strong working knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Result-oriented, careful, high accuracy, and excellent attention to details
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
Bachelor degree of the majors: Any
