Mô tả công việc
***Demand Planning
• Review and report forecast accuracy/ forecast bias monthly to all involved in demand planning. Analyze causes of forecast failure, identify learning points, and ensure that proper actions are taken for improvement
• Leads Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Discuss, agree and record changes to the baseline forecast, including market intelligence (planned activities, competitive and market information), levels, trends, seasonality and annual volumes
• Consolidate the net forecast for the Sales and Operations Planning meeting (S&OP). Achieve forecast accuracy targets at Company, Region, Category, Brand, and SKU levels
• Review the baseline forecast and highlight areas of concern in the DRM
• Leads a cross-functional team consisting of Trade Marketing and Brand Managers to deliver and accurate demand plan to the business in accordance with the agreed Demand Planning Calendar
***Supply Planning
• Support the supply component of the Supply Planning process; this includes leading Weekly Production Planning
• Lead the development of plans of production and raw and packaging materials to execute short and medium range planning focused on delivering agreed supply plans with manufacturing team
• Leading the supply planning of New Product Development (NPD) and supply chain improvement projects
• Ensure KPI delivery for service levels, inventory reduction initiatives for finished goods, raw, pack and WIP, and commercialization of new products through the Supply Chain
• Meeting, Supply Review Meetings and leading the resolution of supply constraints
• Ensure that manufacturing plants are optimizing compliance with schedules
• Manage the weekly and monthly replenishment and production planning process for the factories in Vietnam that delivers production plans across the horizon 0-12 months that are optimized to deliver customer service targets whilst managing network cost and inventory
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years professional experience in logistics and related fields with concentration in Replenishment Planning, Production Planning/Scheduling, Inventory Management, Demand planning, S&OP or Supply Chain Management positions, preferably within a MNC FMCG environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Good command in English
• ERP
• Computer skills: word, excel, power point
- Experience in Manufacturing process, Quality Control, Product Technology, Product development
