Mô tả công việc
- Search for and develop suppliers / contractors
- Seeking and choosing suppliers both domestic and abroad.
- Update the details of purchasing requests, purchasing orders and suppliers list
- Send inquiry to suppliers in order to request quotation, issuing materials code.
- Take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems
- Following Purchase Order and inventory materials.
- To assist purchasing section manager to ensure that products meet best quality and budget requirements as well as customer satisfaction.
- Making plan to purchase materials,supplier evaluation and reporting
- Support for Procurement Manager

- Well-knowledge of purchasing process in domestic and oversea or in foreign trade and import process in the custom and at the port
- English: Intermediate level
- Good communication, team work, presentation
- Graduated from Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration...
