Mô tả công việc
- Other job: support DGM, FC and EA in some administrative job, company event preparation.
- Monitor and update headcount, facilitator for outsource operator recruitment.
- Order stationary for production site (office and shops)
- Secretary for Kaizen suggestion system: collect, summary and propose for awarding
- Control attendance and overtime for production site
- Control KPI of plant and send to Hino Asian Office
- Perform administrative job (guest receiving, business trip arrangement, attendance control...)
Yêu cầu
- Good communication, honest, self-discipline & be able to work under pressure
- Graduate College or University
- Contract term: 6 months
- Having from 2-year working experience
- Japanese N3 level, MS Office
