Mô tả công việc
Work with stakeholders and team members/ Leaders to completely understand the project requirements, objective, and define schedule and scope.
Develop, improve or recommend project management tools.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to monitor and track progress.
Follow up with supplier and vendor for the process; working with contract screening and negotiation.
Define objectives and predict capacities, and resources needed to reach objectives.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Follow the development phase with PD until production's kick-off
Yêu cầu
Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Ability to anticipate needs, think critically.
Good communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, team players, and detail-oriented.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
Computer literate, especially with MS Excel, MSWord, MS PowerPoint, knowing data analysis tools is a plus
Organizational skill, good communication and problem solving. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Have the sense of initiative and responsibility.
Around 1-3 years of project management and related experience.
Ability to coordinate & collaborate with different internal/external team.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
