Mô tả công việc
Sales/ Recruitment activation and communication
- Coordinate with PRUVenture business activation in each PV location and other stake holders (Sales/ MKT/ ADCom/ HR/ ...) to deploy recruitment and sales activities.
- Define clear activation approach urban market that suits Prudential marketing strategy to support sale force's needs & take lead in executing.
- Develop yearly/ quarterly and monthly business activation plan which covers two main sales/ recruitment (GP/BOP) activities.
- Design and implement internal activation programs to improve the motivation for both sales force and back office.
- Coordinate with marketing team to work with vendor on the big projects that related to customers, recruitment, products deployment and other related marketing/branding activities.
- Research and organize relevant customer campaign based on the agreed budget with alignment from procurement.
Core agent (MDRT/Leader) development activities of PRUVenture
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan activities for MDRTs, PEs and Leaders team of PRUVenture to increase in both quantity and quality
- Focus on PRUVenture&039;s operating model to ensure effective business indicators, thereby applying suitable training/workshop/memo contest programs to increase skills, experience and promote business number/effectiveness in this target group.
- Coordinate with Corp. Com, ADCom, MKT to plan communication and promote the image of this target group to increase brand awareness, thereby promoting recruitment effects for PRUVenture for recruitment activities.

Qualifications
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
- Good understanding of Insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam
- At least five years working experience in Marketing/ Advertising/ Activation/ Event/ Hotel & Tourism business or relevant industries
- University degree in Social sciences, Business Administration
Knowledge and skill
- Dynamics working manner and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skill
- Self- motivation and control
- Good teamwork and cooperative spirit
- Good use of Microsoft Office
- Be able to work under high pressure with consecutive challenges
