** Shuttlerock is the pre-eminent provider of beautiful ad creative worldwide and is now on a mission to create the best video ad ordering and delivery platform in the world.
• Main communication line of the designers and the account managers.
• Once the deliverables are produced by the production team, it will be sent to the traffic team to do rounds of quality checks (QA) to ensure the product has been made up to standard, following our best practices and ensuring there are no technical issues or errors before it is delivered to the client.
• Coordinate plan simultaneously, oversee schedule, and develop a solution to workflow delays.
** Duties
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Present designs to art director for approval as and when required.
• Develop and monitor the flow of all incoming projects.
• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments.
• Develop and coordinate work schedule to ensure on time completion.
• Quality control of all projects.
Yêu cầu
• Good at time management, administrative tasks.
• Working hours starting from: 1:30Pm to 10PM as evening shift with some flexibility depending on the work load and team arrangement.
• Strong communication and giving feedback skills.
• Patience, Working under pressure, Conflict management.
• Attention to details, problem analysis and problem solving.
• Must have a basic understanding of typography and design.
• High comprehension skills with ability to Identify Main Idea & Key Details.
