Design and make test fixture for testing all cables assembly.
Knowledge about Bill of Material, Manufacturing Part Number.
Other task assigned by team leader.
Knowledge about 8D report and problem solving if customer complain about finished goods received issues.
Can work across with production team leader in in-line inspection step and make sure the product sample is passed before production team will start mass products.
Visual inspection all product once received from production and inventory.
Review the customer requirement, specification and technical design.
Follow QC standard operation procedure.
Final inspection all products and make sure the finished goods are passed before give to inventory department.
Make first article inspection report if customer request.
Create test plan.
Knowledge about non conforming report and send corrective action request to production team leader.
Yêu cầu
Age: Under 30
Bachelor: Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation.
Priority candidates with 2+ years of experience at manufacturing and knowledge of ERP system.
Microsoft offices, AutoCAD.
English is preferred.
