Mô tả công việc
• Analyze data in business reports in order to find gaps and areas for growth
• Monitor & further improve quality control process for operations departments, monitor KPI execution (underwriting, sales, collection, customer support)
• Assist other departments in process monitoring, provide evaluation results and together develop solutions and metrics
• Analysis of the feedback received from the quality control team, identification of problem areas and proposals for improving the quality and processes
• Ensure calls quality and processes comply with the company standards
• Takeover Quality Control department in Vietnam (1 team lead and 6 staff) and Sri Lanka (3 staff)
• Come up with training needs, coordinate with other departments to organize required trainings
• Take part in internal and external fraud investigations.
• Maintain & improve quality methodology, standards and metrics
• Hiring, training, motivating & coaching employees to ensure that standards are met
• Implement and further develop QC tool and implement it to other countries
• Prepare presentation and report on Quality Control results to BOD on bi-weekly basis
Yêu cầu
• Promote process improvement, willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
• 5+ years of experience in Fintech & Banking
• Ability to analyze, document and report research results
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control or Operations managerial position to include demonstrated leadership and the ability to effectively manage a staff of 10+
• Strong ability to manage processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Eye for details
Language
• English (B2+) is a must
• Fluent Vietnamese
• Russian is an advantage
