Mô tả công việc
The job requirements as followings:
- Be responsible for creating concept & architectural designs (interior and exterior) for high rise building projects, township project, hotel, resort.
- Experience with construction supervision. (If any).
- Ability to develop the architectural technical & detail design as a project architect.
- Work closely with other Architects in team to develop ideas, designs for projects.
- Ability to coordinate the technical design.
- Ability to develop the concept design as a project architect.
- Architecture design development.
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
- Work with other partners or suppliers related to concept & architectural designs.

(1) Educational background
- University graduated in Architecture.
(2) Experiences
- At least 5- 7 years of working experience in architect, preferable experience in high rise building projects;
- Be knowledge about Vietnamese building standards;
- Be skilled and experienced user some of software for design;
- Be able to work efficiently and manage one's own time.
(3) Skills required
- Willing to contribute into our company for a long term;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Able to Communication skills in English;
(4) Personalities
- Being a team player, enthusiastic, and responsible for the work.
