Mô tả công việc
Work with supplier for RFQ and ensure technical engineering and quality requirements are adequately defined and communicated to supplier
Cost saving analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction
To liaise with mold suppliers for mold repairs and after-sales service
Lead Supplier selection matrix for benchmark and conclusion
Interface to internal customer, R&D and Operations as well as Trouble shooting together with suppliers, QA and R&D
Co-ordinate with Mould Design and mold suppliers for DFM and etc.
Develop, select, audit and evaluate mold and mold components suppliers/distributors.
Negotiation on price, delivery, payment terms and contract requirements.
Time control for new mold introduction and follow up with supplier for on-time FOT and approval status.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Supplier network building and supplier relationship management in the mold field.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or other majors related to
Professional knowledge of:
- Understanding basic cost accounting.
- Knowledge of mold/ mold component and supply market.
- Proficient with 3D CAD modeling.
- Knowledge in Solidworks software.
- Aware of lean manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of computer servicing: Microsoft Office
Knowledge of foreign languages: Fluent spoken and written English.
Other

- Exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented, determined and intelligent, work under pressure, frequent travel.
Professional experience:
Prefered: Experience in project management and global sourcing experiences will be a plus
Mandatory: 10+ years work experience in engineering field in an international company
