MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Charter, yachts sales and prospection
● Actively promote Tam Son Yachting charter services, yachts and generate qualified leads for sales to meet the sales targets;
● Active participate in promotional works and events;
● Identify, develop new networks of customers (yachts, charter, yacht management);
● Charter selling: ensure a smooth sales process from service consultation to the execution of the charter (charter planning and organization);
● Maintain relationships with prospects/clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
● Develop and use all sales materials and tools professionally (website, brochure, mailing...);
● Identifies client needs and utilize in-depth product knowledge to create solutions;
● Do active sales-prospecting and market and competition research and report;
● Under the guidance of Sales and Marketing Manager, improve the current and create new service packages related to charter, yacht events;
Sales-related tasks
● Provide support for the company yachts events;
● Assist to investigate, clarify, summarize, recommend on: Boat registration types, boat driving licenses types, navigation rules (river, coast, open-sea), safety rules...;
● Coordinate with other teams to optimize the sales effort.
● Coordinate with other teams for river trials & site inspections, ensure high quality service and experience delivered to customers;
Work hours: 44 hours/week.
Other related tasks as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager

● Be able to create different sale strategies for different client profiles
● Be persistent, mature, independent and adaptable in a dynamic environment
● Be able to build up and develop good relationships with potential customers
● Proficient in using computers and MS Offices
● Have strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
● Have B2B, B2C sales skills, presentation and negotiation skills
● University graduate
● Be able to explore new sales channel via other luxury business (cars/ real estate/ other luxury goods)
● Be ready to travel for business trips to for sales prospection
● Excellent communications skills, fluent business English
● Be active and honest, flexible
● At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales field, preferably with lifestyle, hospitality or luxury industry background
