Mô tả công việc
This position belongs to MSB D-Innovation 03 - The most extensive annual IT recruitment program of MSB. The highest goal of the Program is to create opportunities for experienced Technology experts to demonstrate their ability, thereby successfully implementing the 2000-billion Mega Projects in the high-tech complex of MSB (including large/small Technology projects and MSB IT BU).
- Role:
+ Collaborate with all developers to keep them aligned on the user&039;s requirements
+ Assess impact, architectural options, design the recommended high-level solution and nsure alignment to enterprise architectures
+ Proactively solves architectural issues & ambiguities
+ Define IT stories during the design phase (for agile projects)
+ Work with the IT PM and Product Owner to ensure technical alignment, feasibility and success of the technical features, MVP and product
- Responsibilities:
+ Works with PO to put dependencies & external deliverables into backlog
+ Proactively solves architectural ambiguities
+ Define impacted systems & proactively solves architectural ambiguities
+ Coordinate with other external teams and architects to communicate technical dependencies and requirements
+ Establishes opportunities and constraints for technology architecture
+ Day-to-day support for developers on how to implement features
+ Engage in creating develop solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies, and patterns
+ Drive analysis how business requirements can be technically implemented
+ Produce high level and detail solution designs
Yêu cầu
- Experience required:
+ Understanding and experiences on cloud in the relevant capabilities
+ Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology. Master&039;s Degree is a plus
+ Experience making architecture decisions at a team and product level
+ Experience with infrastructure, environments and deployment strategies / technologies to drive efficient working practices
+ Experience working on projects that span multiple journeys and squads
+ Experience with newest technology trends (e.g. AI/ML, IoT, RPA, Edge Computing, Blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
+ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in software development projects with prior experience in leading technical solutioning activities
- Technical competencies:
+ Able to navigate complex project environments with competing stakeholder expectations
+ Detailed knowledge of relevant systems and interfaces
+ Detailed understanding of interdependencies b/n various systems & architectural design
