In order to keep up with its dynamic development, Répertoire Culinaire Vietnam is looking for a logistics expert to join its team as Stock Manager.
MISSIONS:
The candidate will be responsible for Warehouse operation and Delivery transportation in Hanoi and will report directly to the National Operation Manager of Repertoire Culinaire Vietnam.
Warehouse operation: Managing warehouse of Hanoi branch
- Warehousing: including Goods Receiving, Storing, Loading. Manage inbound and outbound
- To manage the quality, quantity and efficiency of the products movement and storage:
- Inventory Management (stock take, stock control): To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system
- Monthly inventory reports
- Maintain an effective warehouse management system to ensure traceability of products from inbound to outbound, accuracy of inventory movement and reports.
Delivery transportation
- Delivery: including Delivery document preparation, routing and trucking, delivery points management, Proof of delivery collection, returned goods reception.
- Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
- Lead and manage driver operations to ensure compliance with Repertoire Culinaire policies, processes and operational standard
- In compliance with the National Operation Manager, to solve problems concerning transportation or stock issues and producing solutions to improve quality of logistics activities
- To enforce all Logistics staff to follow safety procedures to prevent any accident
- To maintain good relationships with 3PLs (transporter, warehouse leasing)
Yêu cầu
IDEAL PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proficiency in Excel is necessary, knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is a plus
- Vietnamese citizenship preferred
- University degree in logistics, supply chain or engineering
- Vietnamese and English fluency (French is a plus)
- Personality: autonomous & organized person, strong attention to details, solutions driven
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter and self-motivated
- Previous experience in a top tier international logistics company, preferably abroad acting as logistics or warehouse manager/executive
- Knowledge of HACCP/ISO certification and/or F&B is a plus
