This is a rapidly changing environment, so we are looking for a team that want to embrace the evolution of HR as we develop dynamic technology to support Business and HR best practices.
We are currently looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with passion for technology and HR to help our clients unlock the potential of their employees and build world class HR processes and practices through the deployment of SuccessFactors software.
You will bring your proven SuccessFactors experience to actively support projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement. Though collaboration and effective project delivery you will ensure clients extract the full value from the SuccessFactors solution.
Scope & Responsibilities:
• Configure SuccessFactors components spanning SAP SuccessFactors functions
• Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines
• Reinforce relationships with both client and project team that will contribute to your development
• Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Identifying how the SAP SuccessFactors solutions can be best utilised to meet client requirements
• Utilise your knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions to help clients maintain and optimize their system to fully realize their return on investment and improve HR processes
Yêu cầu
• At least a university degree in HR or IT or any other related discipline
• Implementation experience of at least 1 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective problem-solving skills
• Must have at least 1 years of relevant work experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices
• Forward-thinking and agile mindset
• Extensive experience and certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English language
