Mô tả công việc
The purpose of the job is to support merchandiser/customers/suppliers on SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT/ OPERATION MANAGEMENT/ ORDER MANAGEMENT (mainly in FURNITURE & HOME DECORATION)
This position requires someone dynamic, organized, motivated and entrepreneur, as well as solution providing skills, operational behavior and good in human relations; a project manager, to help us lead clients along their projects, from the order until the delivery, and grow our supplier relationships.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Piloting production meetings, being a leader to coordinate all teams involved in the production & delivery steps."
- Order monitoring: communication toward supplier, customer & partners in due time to ensure smooth delivery, as scheduled regarding timeline, quantities, quality & other criteriums.
- QC plan preparation, implementation & follow-up, as well as analysis, inputs & corrective plans proposals.
- Production plan implementation & follow-up.
- Preparation, validation and confirmation of all orders received, to supplier, customer & partners, in link with validated pieces of information by Dev PIC, customer&039;s requirements & contracts, and supplier&039;s confirmations.
REPORTING
- Monthly reporting to manager & director about operations (results, workload, improvements needed, etc.).
- Weekly reporting to customers, suppliers, colleagues & partners, based on agreed schedule with manager & each party, about the status of orders & key decision elements.
- Quarterly reporting about suppliers: evaluation, ranking, risk assessment (Sourcing Database + Manager + Director."
- Answering & communicating daily to customers, suppliers & partners on daily basis about orders status, issues, resolutions & confirmation.
PARTNERS RELATIONS
- Be accessible & available to customers & suppliers in order-related manner.
- Answer in an appropriate time to ensure both efficiency & reassuring objectives.
- Solution-driven communication, including context & proactive options."
- Always offer needed inputs, added value to the situation & educated feedback.
Yêu cầu
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word)
- 2 years of experience in supply chain/order management for FURNITURE/ HOME DECO is a plus.
- Fluent in English is mandatory (speaking & writing)
- Tactful, proactive and autonomous
- Experience in an international working environment appreciated
- Commercial mindset and great communication skills!
- Well-organized, careful and oriented to details
- Experience in LOGISTICS appreciated
