Job Mission:
- The role is a local market leader in charge of all aspects of Technology and Digital Services, including the three functional pillars: Business Solutions (Client and Corporate Solutions), Technology (Infrastructure and Architecture), and Innovation. The role works closely with regional functional pillar leaders sitting in other geographies including Hong Kong and Singapore.
Technology: Ensuring that the various infrastructure services (e.g. network, data center, local IT Helpdesk etc.) that are provisioned by various service providers are meeting defined service level agreements
Business Solutions: Identifying business areas where there are opportunities for technology to improve a business outcome and supporting the delivery of business technology solutions to the market orchestrated globally, regionally, and locally
Innovation: Driving new ways of working and new ways of experimentation, driving ideation and supporting delivery of innovation initiatives in the market
- With the support of the TSA CIO, he / she works closely with local market leadership and management team, focused on connecting the local business strategy with the APAC Technology and Digital Services strategy to accelerate market digital and technology priorities and enabling positive business outcomes.
- Work closely with the TSA CIO in shaping the technology and digital services strategy ensuring that the market input is included in the APAC Technology and Digital Services strategies. Act as a voice of the local market where there are challenges are additional support needed
- Oversee and manage daily IT support and incident management, driving root cause analysis identification and service improvement where possible
- Contribute in scoping, defining, and delivery of technology projects for the market and for the region
- Growing and developing IT and digital talents and to prepare their readiness to support the vision and mission of the market

Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital and technology
- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or relevant field
- Retail background is a plus
Work Experience:
- International experience or working experience at international companies in a similar managerial role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (preferably in Retail Business)
Required Competencies
- Technical knowledge on network and communication software including router, switch, wireless controller, access point, call manager, video conferencing appliance, etc
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting
- Solid experience on IT Service Management lifecycle including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operation (Incident, Problem, Change Management), and continual service improvement.
- A business mindset and proven track record to drive / influence change
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle ambiguity
- Technical knowledge of current technologies on network, server, collaboration and security aspects
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Mandarin
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
