Mô tả công việc
• Create and maintain a design system that works across multiple products.
• Work with team members ( PM, tech..) to build great user experience which deliver business result.
• Ensure features / services work well.
• Participate in user research and testing activities.
• Turn data from research in to user experience to insight.
• Work with content writer, UX developer to polish wireframe to User Interface for development.
• Research industry UI/UX trends and analyze competitor sites, strategies.
• Ensure all versions of design documents are complete, current and stored
• Design, iterate, and validate product ideas quickly.
• Advising departments about Design and User considerations in their products.
Yêu cầu
** Skills and Experience
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for software, web apps and/or mobile devices.
• Mastery of core design concepts (composition layout, color theory, typography, etc).
• Extensive portfolio of work across multiple platforms (UI design, illustration, brand development).
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to independent work directly with tasks. Strong responsibility.
• Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design.
• Experience of all phases of product design - from ideation, user research, prototyping, design iteration and high fidelity UI and specs.
• Experienced with using Figma and Adobe Creative suit.
• Proficiency in various design techniques such as wire framing, prototyping, development of UI assets, etc.
• Able to communicate well with teams to present your design ideas and decisions clearly.
** Big Bonus:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• HTML/XHTML/CSS/JS coding skill.
• Experience in digital content marketing design.
