Mô tả công việc
- Wireless, Computer and Printer Hardware, Software service support.
- Provide user Computer and Network support, Email setup and configuration.
- Control IT spare part Inventory for all IT Software/Hardware.
- TV Confernece and Telephone Service support.
- Ensure Server and PC is updated security patch from Microsoft.
- Monitor & Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) uptime.
- Manage security settings to help in securing the PC.
- Monitor Windows Server hardware / software and troubleshoot.
Yêu cầu
- Prefer to work at Quang Minh factory or Vinh Phuc factory (Khu CN Quang Minh, or Khu CN Bá Thiện II).
- Basic knowledge about LAN, WAN, Firewall, Server, Antivirus system, Computer system, Photocopy system, TVC system.
- Communication skills in both oral and written English with logic thinking
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or Management of Information System or related fields.
