FE Credit is seeking a Unit Head of Digital Sales Distribution to lead the transformation of our frontline sales operations through digital channels. This role will act as the bridge between sales and digital product teams, ensuring that the FE Credit mobile app and digital tools empower our sales agents and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will drive digital adoption, integrate sales operations with digital platforms, and influence product development to meet sales needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer finance, digital sales channels, and frontline sales models (POS, direct sales, telesales). The Head of Digital Sales will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, IT, and customer support teams to digitize the sales journey and increase customer acquisition through digital engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a digital-first sales strategy that enhances the effectiveness of POS, telesales, and direct sales teams.
1. • Define and execute a digital migration plan to shift customers and sales agents towards digital onboarding, loan application, and servicing.
• Work with sales leadership to create a hybrid sales model that integrates traditional sales approaches with digital tools.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for digital sales adoption, conversion rates, and revenue impact to measure effectiveness.
• Design and launch digital incentive programs to encourage both agents and customers to use the FE Credit mobile app and online channels.
2. Integration with Frontline Sales & POS
• Act as the key business representative to the digital product team, ensuring that sales-driven insights shape mobile app development.
• Identify critical mobile app features that enhance the loan application process, improve customer engagement, and drive higher loan conversion rates.
• Work with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize the digital loan journey for both customers and sales agents.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing automation into the app.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-driven tools, such as chatbots and automated loan approval systems, to enhance the digital sales experience.
Digital Product Development & Feature Enhancement
• Act as the key business representative to the digital product team, ensuring that sales-driven insights shape mobile app development.
• Identify critical mobile app features that enhance the loan application process, improve customer engagement, and drive higher loan conversion rates.
3. • Work with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize the digital loan journey for both customers and sales agents.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing automation into the app.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-driven tools, such as chatbots and automated loan approval systems, to enhance the digital sales experience.
Performance Analytics & Digital Sales Optimization
• Utilize customer and agent usage data to refine digital sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Track and analyze digital sales funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
4. • Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital sales features, onboarding flows, and incentive structures.
• Develop dashboard reporting for senior leadership, showcasing digital adoption rates, customer behavior, and agent performance metrics.
• Work closely with marketing teams to refine customer targeting strategies based on behavioral data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Align the priorities of Sales, Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a unified digital sales approach.
5. • Partner with Risk & Compliance teams to ensure digital sales processes meet regulatory and security requirements.
• Work with customer support teams to enhance self-service options within the mobile app, reducing dependency on agent interactions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate internal teams on digital sales strategies and the benefits of digital transformation.
Yêu cầu
• 8+ years of experience in digital sales, consumer finance, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in sales digitization, product development, and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of POS, direct sales, telesales, and digital customer acquisition models.
• Experience with mobile app development, UX/UI optimization, CRM systems, and digital payments.
• Ability to bridge the gap between sales teams and technology teams, ensuring digital solutions align with business needs.
• Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in analytics, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
• Ability to develop and implement digital incentive programs for sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the Vietnamese consumer finance market is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI-driven sales automation tools or digital lending platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for digital lending in Vietnam.
• Background in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) and marketing analytics.
• Exposure to agile product development methodologies.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
