ABOUT THE TEAM
Our New game division's mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Game Development
Design, implement, and maintain complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features for hybrid casual titles.
Optimize game performance to ensure smooth, responsive experiences across a wide range of mobile devices.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable C# Unity code following industry best practices.
(Nice-to-have) Develop rhythm-based or audio-synchronized gameplay features for action or puzzle music modes when required.
Technical Leadership
Collaborate with the Lead
Game Developer to define and uphold technical standards, workflows, and architecture.
Mentor junior and mid-level
developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and sharing best practices.
Lead prototyping of new game features and evaluate tools or plugins that can enhance gameplay.
Problem Solving & Innovation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, proposing long-term, scalable solutions.
Research and integrate new tools, technologies, or methods to improve development efficiency and gameplay quality.
(Optional) Explore audio-driven mechanics and music-influenced content generation for special game modes.
Collaboration
Work closely with
designers, artists, product managers, and QA to translate creative concepts into gameplay engineered to uncompromising quality standards.
Participate in planning sessions, providing accurate time/resource estimates and identifying potential risks.
Support LiveOps initiatives by delivering seasonal or event-based content updates.

4+ years of professional game development experience, preferably with shipped Unity titles.
Expert-level proficiency in C# with a deep understanding of Unity engine workflows.
Strong grasp of gameplay systems design, UI implementation, and mobile optimization techniques.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with music, rhythm, or timing-based games.
Background in LiveOps tools, monetization systems, and analytics integration.
Passion for hybrid casual games with an understanding of their mechanics and target audience.
