UOB Project summary: The "FinTechNovation Credentials" is a 12-month program that partners the UOB and SBF to collaborate with the UEH to organize training courses, specialized training programs, and sandbox programs for students in Vietnam. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the successful execution of three main program pillars: "FinTech Master Class," "FinNovation Bootcamp," and "Sandbox Program."
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the FinTechNovation Credentials program, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as a liaison among UOB, SBF, UEH Institute of Innovation, students, and businesses, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Organize and schedule the FinTech Master Class, and support other components (FinNovation Bootcamp, and Sandbox Program) to ensure resources are efficiently allocated and timelines are met.
Monitor program progress, address any issues that arise, and implement adjustments as needed to ensure the program's success.
Assist in the development and distribution of program materials, coordinate logistics for events and workshops, and ensure all participants have the necessary information and resources.
Support the tracking and evaluation of program outcomes, collecting feedback to inform future improvements and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
Foster a supportive and dynamic environment for participants, providing guidance and assistance to ensure their active and beneficial engagement in the program.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within education, fintech, or the banking sector.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for fintech and innovation, with a commitment to fostering education and development in the field.
