Urgent - Chief Accountant (Japanese - ACCA - CPA) - HCMC

• Manage, supervise and develop the team of accounting staffs, ensuring annual appraisals and regular one to ones are carried out.
• Planning, control and implementation of annual budgeting process.
• Preparation of profit and cash flow forecasts, analyses, and other various reports for management.
• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company & HQ requirements.
• Control fixed asset, liability, and pre-paid expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Control balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other monthly, quarterly & annual Financial - Accounting reports
• Manage Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by supervising policies and procedures.
• Manage bank transactions, payment transfer, receivable and payable;
• Manage Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT...).
• Take charge of the work related to financial issues, capital and budget in the Company
• Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
• Solve sudden work happening in the accounting department.
• Other requirements & tasks assigned by the BOD
