Mô tả công việc
JD OF CSA SUPERVISOR(Finishing Works)
• Supervise finishing works ( facade, block wall , painting, coating, celling work, ...)
• Responsible for the safety, EHS performance for subcontractors / areas under his supervision;
• Ensures that safety procedures are complied with at all times and coordinate correct work permit application and implementation;
• Reports directly to the Building Engineer and ultimately the Construction Manager;
• Supervises assigned sub-contractors, Building / Area in the field;
• Attends all sub-contractor meetings related to construction and EHS;
• Follows project specific SOP's;
• Coordinates with peers on sequencing / general coordination;
• Update Construction Manager / planner on progress / issues;
• Complies with commercial F1 process (liaising with package engineer where required);
• Coordinates with responsible parties to ensure specifications and quality standards are complied with;
• Continuously supervises, monitors and tracks site activities and contractors' progress;
• Conducts continuous inspections and assesses the work performance and quality achieved by the sub-contractors;
• Understand and interpret the scope and drawings for the subcontractors under supervision;
• Liaise with package owner on technical items for required information or approval;
• Identifies and takes corrective actions on non-conformities and punch-listing.
Yêu cầu
Minimum Qualification:
· NTC from ITE
· Diploma in a related Engineering discipline
· Degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
· Significant Trade Experience
· 5 - 6 years relevant experience
· 1 - 2 years additional experience for each higher grade of progression
· Prefer who have good experiences for finishing works ( facade, block wall , painting, coating, celling work, ...)

Working location: A1 Lot, D10 Street, Dong Nam IP, Cu Chi Province, HCM city (Shuttle Bus provided)
Preferred availability: In April or May 2018
Time working: Monday to Saturday (8AM to 5Pm)
