[Urgent] Fabric Developer / Fabric Analyst / Chuyên Gia

+ Role of a Fabric Developer:
Fabric Expert: Deep understanding of various fabrics, materials and processing techniques in the textile industry such as Fibres, yarns, non-woven and knit fabrics.
Supplier-Company Liaison: Acts as a bridge between the company and fabric suppliers to ensure the material meets requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensures fabrics meet standards for durability, safety, comfort, and suitability for their intended use (e.g., workwear may require flame-resistant, sweat-absorbent, wrinkle-resistant fabrics, ETC.).
Cost Optimization: Sources high-quality fabrics at reasonable prices to optimize production costs.
+ Specific Tasks:
1/ Fabric Research and Development:
-Research new fabrics that meet product requirements (e.g., flame-resistant, anti-static, antibacterial fabrics, ETC.).
-Collaborate with suppliers to develop custom fabrics tailored to the company's needs
2/ Fabric Selection:
-Evaluate and select fabrics based on technical standards, cost, and aesthetics.
-Test fabric samples to ensure they meet quality and performance requirements
3/ Supplier Management:
-Source, evaluate, and work with domestic and international fabric suppliers.
-Negotiate prices, contract terms, and ensure timely delivery
4/ Fabric Quality Control:
-Coordinate with the QA/QC department to inspect fabric quality before and after production.
-Resolve fabric-related issues such as technical defects or failure to meet standards
5/ Market Trend Monitor:
-Stay updated on new fabric trends, textile technologies, and eco-friendly materials.
-Propose solutions to improve fabric quality or reduce costs.
6/ Support for Production and Design:
-Work with the design team to select fabrics that match product designs and requirements.
-Assist the production team in addressing fabric-related issues
7/ Documentation and Reporting:
-Maintain records of fabrics, suppliers, and quality control processes.
-Provide regular reports on material status, costs, and fabric quality.
+ Skills Required:
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of fabrics, textile processes, and fabric technical properties, Knowledge of protective work-wear materials (e.g., flame-resistant, anti-static fabrics, ETC.).
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to work with suppliers and internal departments, Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess fabric quality and resolve issues.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with material management software and quality inspection tools.
