Mô tả công việc
- Implementation of QI system at vendors
- Advise and conduct Pre-Production meetings with the factories
- Onsite production status and report
- Conduct in-line and final AQL quality inspections to ensure the compliance of the products to the agreed specifications and quality standards
- Co-ordinate with factories and merchandising team to arrange the inspection schedule
- Provide technical advice and support on all quality assurance issues e.g. corrective and preventive action plans to meet quality standards and performance
- Travel willingness in order to visit factories, suppliers and subcontractors
- Check all samples before sending to HQ

• 02 People : No requirement, Fresh Graduated are acceptable
• 03 People : Have at least 1-2 years experience in FQA
*** Requirement
• Prefer to Bachelor of Garment Technical or relevant degree (clothing technology, quality engineering, textiles or similar related subjects) .
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point)
- Pattern and garment construction knowledge for both woven and knit
- Ability to find faults and knowledge of corrective measures
- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing Processes and it's quality requirements/ standards
- Capability in production co-ordination and all aspects in inspection planning, procedures and standards
- Ability to approve samples (photo, size set, pre-production)
- Proactive and sense of responsibility
