Mô tả công việc
* Job Description
Cooperate with Sales team & Customer Service
- Receive RFQ from Sales team (Potential Client)
- Receive RFQ from Customer Service (Existing Client)
- Procure the best buying rates with global offices and local vendors (Carriers, 3rd party)
- Collaborate with the team on pricing decision, vendor selection and timing.
- Identifies opportunities to optimise sales and profitability through pricing strategies
- Create quotation via internal system, send to Sales & CS team.
- Follow up to update the result of quotation.
- Make a complete handover to Customer Service team once the shipment is confirmed.
- Search for new local vendors and evaluate performance of current partners.
- Manage and update pricing sources.
- Consult with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals
- Search for prospects and arrange appointments for Sales team.
- Other duties as required
Working hour: Mon - Fri from 8:00 to 17:00, Sat: 8:00 - 12:00 ( 1 time / month)

* Requirements:
• Freight forwarding knowledge.
• English is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Customer orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, IT.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Take Initiative, teamwork, self-motivated, detailed.
• Positive attitude with "can do" mindset.
• Interpersonal skills
• Good discipline.
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
• Customs formalities knowledge is a plus.
• Understand and support the goals, policies and procedures of a. hartrodt.
