Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
Search for possibilities to reduce taxes
Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities
Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
Handling customs for export/import, C/O,...
Work with forwarder & customs offIce for customs declaration, customs inspection, cargo's duty & tax issues.
Controlling logistics process and Handling setlements, crosscheck HS code.
Solving the problem and propose the solution
Report and do other tasks as requested by the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Having experience in related field to handle big quantity of products like technical equipment, electronics, high-tech machines...
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- At least 5-10 years' experience in Import & Export, forwarding field.
- Have wide knowledge about import & export customs procedures, customs regulations. Especially strong in HS Code
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Good command of English.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
