1. Traditional Legal Work
- Updating new legal regulations: Search for and review newly promulgated legal regulations related to the company's operations (including healthcare, labor, enterprise, foreign investment, tax, banking laws, etc.) and update relevant Executives and/or managers accordingly.
- Oversee legal matters of the company and alert the CEO and/or relevant directors of any potential breaches or non-compliance risks; provide day-to-day legal advice to ensure legal compliance and minimize legal risks.
- Contracts: Review contracts between the company and third parties upon request from relevant Executives to ensure legal provisions appropriately protect the company's best interests.
- Employment: Support HR on employment-related legal matters.
- Corporate licensing: Draft and submit applications and legal documents related to the company's ERC, IRC, Member Council, and other corporate licenses.
- Internal legal advice: Research legal matters raised by internal departments and discuss recommendations with the Legal Director before advising the relevant department.
- Official correspondences: Draft or review official correspondences/documents sent to authorities or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Complaint Management
Support the Customer Services Department in handling and resolving complaints.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification
- Law university graduate or higher qualification
- Holder of a Lawyer Practicing Certificate
2. Experience
- At least 5 years of experience, including experience working in law firms and in-house legal experience at large-scale companies with over 1,000 employees; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
3. Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of laws related to medical examination and treatment, labor, enterprise, foreign investment, tax, banking, and civil matters
- Reliable, responsive, and decisive
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English and Vietnamese writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
4. Foreign Languages
- Native Vietnamese
- Fluent in spoken and written English
