[Urgent] Senior Planning Superintendent (Giám Sát Kế Hoạch Cấp Cao)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Be in charge of making and monitoring quarterly/monthly/weekly production planning and material planning to meet the customer's orders
- Take lead in building the capacity plan for the plant
- Constantly identify and analyze better methods, processes and procedures focused on increasing the plant's efficiency and reducing production costs related to misassortment, obsolete materials, capacity constraints, and capacity vs. products management system of the Corporation
- Control the plant mix helped by the Planner and the Material Management System that should be matched with the product management system
- Manage and develop its personnel by applying development plans, performance evaluations, directions, etc.
- Achieve production planning requirements in order to fulfill service in coordination with Production Planning and Production Departments
- Coordinate with Human Resources on specific training for the Planning Department
- Lead and monitor the material supplies to ensure non-stop production
- Monitor orders vs. capacity to avoid potential overproduction/underproduction
- Keep contact with the plant production team regarding capacity and production status
