*Job description:
- Reporting line: Merchandising Director/General Director
- Store Manager is in charge of the general operations of the stores, making sure they run smoothly, cleanly and meets the budget and sales goals:
1. Revenue:
• Lead the stores to meet the target sales.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
2. Human Resources:
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain store staff by support recruiting, orienting and training employees
3. Inventory:
• Manage stock levels and make decisions about stock control
• Corporate with warehouse to maintain inventory
4. Visual and Merchandise:
• Support merchandising team by advising, reporting, analyzing sales with detail for each kind of product
• Support organize special promotions, support set-up displays and events
5. Customer Service:
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing close relationship with potential and current customers
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Yêu cầu
1/ Job Requirements:
• College degree at least.
• 5-year experience at least in retail industry
• Experience in fashion, especially high-end product is a plus
• Strong skills in financial management
• Solid management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Solid team players
• Multi-task, detail oriented
2/ Working condition
• 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
• Long hours work, work might be required on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
• The social, health and unemployment insurance as Law of Insurance, PVI Premium health care.
