Mô tả công việc
• Own and drive global supplier selection, development, and relationship management while managing the end-to-end supply chain through sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of commodities
• Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost reductions, meet budget targets, and optimize commodity sourcing
• Building and maintaining good relationships with commodity suppliers and distributors.
• Proactively resolve vendor disputes and address commodity-related issues to ensure supply continuity
• Analyze commodity trends, supplier financial health, cybersecurity risks, and business continuity to ensure stability of the supply chain
• Partner with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to support Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) and product development.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using scorecards, including on-time delivery, cost, ESG, and quality metrics.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or commodity management, with a focus on electronics or electrical components
• Advanced analytical skills, Solid knowledge of financial markets that influence commodity prices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of electrical components, manufacturing processes, and cost modeling (should-cost analysis).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supplier relationship management tools
