Responsibilities

Project Ideation/Discovery/Planning

1. Works closely with the Clients or appointed representatives (e.g Product owner, client PM or BA) to understand the Business Pain points.
2. Gather, assess and analyze Business requirements needed to provide solutions to the defined business Pain points.
3. Together with the Clients, assigned Project manager and Development team, drafts/designs possible processes to meet the Clients' requirements.
4. Works closely with the assigned Project manager, Development Team and the Client to make sure that Business requirements and accurately converted to appropriate Features/Epics/tasks and within the agreed budget.

Change Management

1. Works closely with the assigned Project manager, Development Team and the Client to manage Change requests.
2. Help the assigned Project manager to manage Change requests and only accept what are critical to the original scope, otherwise, new set of Requirements gathering, and costing will be applied.
3. Help the assigned Project manager to clearly discuss to the business client the impact of the Change request to the over all project, in terms of timelines, cost and functionality.

Test

1. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
2. May act as a Tester for the Users Acceptance Test Phase.

Pre- launch

1. Assist the assigned Project manager to plan out for the roll out and system implementation.
2. Assist the assigned Project manager to prepare for the needed trainings and system onboarding, in terms of training materials and training spiels.

Post Launch/BAU

1. Assist the assigned Project Manager/Incident manager to gather feedback for users and reflecting these feedbacks via an appropriate documentation.
2. Assist the assigned Project manager and Development team to perform Triage on what Features/Epics are to be included in the next Iteration.
3. High expertise in Reports creation for Project evaluation, Project closure, Cost to revenue projections, and to whatever Project reports needed by the Management.

Adhoc Function

1. Will assist the Department head, in terms of technical writing and Documentation, in any Organizational Process Improvement endeavors.
2. Will assist the Department head, in terms of technical writing and Documentation, in any administrative endeavors.

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Computer Science or any Related fields.

2. At least 5 years' experience as a Software Development Business Analyst.

3. Knowledgeable in MS 365 suite, JIRA, Vios/Lucid Chart and any Project management and work tools.

4. Strong Organizational skill.

5. Strong Communication skill, client facing with high executive presence.
