Scopes of works
- 负责 Shopee 店铺日常运营,包括商品上架与更新、图片规划、平台活动报名及价格管理。
- 确保订单准确处理并按时发货,协调仓库与物流解决相关问题。
- 根据销售数据及市场趋势制定中国补货计划,确保本地库存充足。
- 监控各销售渠道价格,确保价格体系一致。
- 分析店铺运营数据,找出业绩变化原因并提出优化方案。
- 负责 Shopee 广告投放,包括广告搭建、预算分配、竞价优化及 ROI 提升。
- 策划并执行 Shopee 平台促销活动(如大促、闪购),提升店铺曝光与销量。
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Shopee store, including product listing and updates, image planning, campaign registration, and pricing management.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse and logistics to resolve related issues.
- Develop replenishment plans from China based on sales data and market trends to ensure sufficient local inventory.
- Monitor pricing across all sales channels to maintain price consistency.
- Analyze store performance data, identify causes of performance fluctuations, and propose optimization solutions.
- Manage Shopee advertising, including campaign setup, budget allocation, bid optimization, and ROI improvement.
- Plan and execute Shopee promotional campaigns (e.g., mega sales, flash sales) to increase store exposure and sales.
Yêu cầu
- 至少 1 年 Shopee 店铺运营经验(有手机配件或消费电子行业经验者优先)。
- 中文能力 HSK5 及以上,可与深圳总部直接沟通。
- 熟悉 Shopee 广告系统及平台活动机制。
- 具备数据分析能力,能够基于数据持续优化运营表现。
- 具备良好审美能力,能与设计团队协作提升商品转化率。
- 结果与利润导向,积极主动,责任心强,热爱电商行业。
- At least 1 year of experience in Shopee store operations (experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics is preferred).
- Chinese proficiency at HSK5 or above, able to communicate directly with the Shenzhen headquarters.
- Familiar with Shopee advertising systems and platform campaign mechanisms.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to continuously optimize performance based on data.
- Good aesthetic sense, able to collaborate with the design team to improve product conversion rates.
- Results- and profit-oriented, proactive, responsible, and passionate about the e-commerce industry.
