Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate initial costing and planning process.
• Support the recruitment and development the local Implementation team.
• Supervise the daily activity of direct reports, launch team members and suppliers.
• Liaise with and coordinate the activity of Tooling suppliers including the negotiation of cost concerns, engineering change and timing recovery plans if required.
• Work with Plant, Suppliers, New Model Program and VOME team members to develop detailed launch plans.
• Interface between Product development and Supplier to release data for changes.
• Supervise Process and Tooling design reviews.
• Supervise Development of process sheets, PFMEAs and operator instruction sheets.
• Monitor Tooling build plans and progress from initial stages through to buy off and installation and initiate corrective actions when status does not meet timing expectations.
• Supervise Tooling Buy Off process at Vendor premises as required.
• Support launch process and ensure tooling and process meets customer expectations in terms of quality, Cycle Time and Throughput, Safety and all relevant vehicle attributes.
• Work with plant and Material Planning & Logistics (MPL) teams to understand the status of incoming material.
• Support the AIMS process and represent VOME at Automated issues management system (AIMS) reviews.
• Supervise the preparation of launch reports on program status as per Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS) requirements and ensure facility conforms to all gateway metrics.
• Represent VOME at management and launch reviews and present detailed plans and status reports to the management team.
• Ensure that process and tooling Support Operator / Maintenance training process and ensure facility meets Maintenance Operating System (MOS) requirements.
• Negotiate final Facility Handover Process to production department and supplier disengagement process.
• Lead the site VOME Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) initiatives and support running change and quality actions
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years relevant manufacturing experience
- Supervisory experience
- Bodyshop, Paint or Final process or facility engineer. Preferably multiple discipline experience

- Understanding of LQOS, Plant operation, Safety Process
